What's Covered
During the warranty period, GIM replaces defective products at no charge with the same or comparable product. Replaced items become GIM property. Service after warranty expiration requires payment for labor and parts. Warranty terminates if the product is sold or transferred.
What's Not Covered
- Products without proof of purchase
- Improper use or installation
- Lost or stolen products
- Expired warranty periods
- Non-quality issues (after 30 days of purchase)
- Repairs by unauthorized third parties
- Damage from external sources, misuse, or acts of nature
- Purchases from illegitimate sources
Quality-Related Claims
All quality defects on items sold by GIM or authorized resellers are covered from the purchase date. Defective items are replaced with equal-value products or refunded partially based on usage time.
GIM's warranty applies only in the country of purchase. Replacement warranties match the original timeline or 3 months from replacement, whichever is longer. Warranties void after full refund.
Valid Proof of Purchase
- Order number from GIM or authorized reseller purchases
- Order tracking number
- Dated sales receipt from authorized reseller showing product and price
