Your orders will be delivered by Amazon MCF by default, giving you the same reliable shipping experience as Amazon.

Our logistics partner Amazon selects the best carrier for each shipment to ensure quality delivery of GIM products.

Shipping Fee

Free standard shipping on all domestic orders.

Shipping Warehouse

GIM operates warehouses in the United States, United Kingdom, and Europe. You can select your preferred warehouse on the product page.

Due to current logistics constraints, international shipping options are temporarily limited. Orders from the US warehouse ship to the US only; UK warehouse to the UK only; European warehouse to Germany only. We appreciate your understanding.

Shipping Time

Orders are processed within 2 business days of payment and delivered within 3–7 business days. We'll notify you by email of any issues. Please note: our logistics team does not work weekends or holidays, so orders placed Friday or on holidays will ship the following Monday or after the holiday.

Track your shipment at https://www.swiship.com/track. Enter your tracking number from your confirmation email to see your expected delivery date.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes

APO/FPO and PO Box addresses are not accepted.

FAQs

Q: Can I change my delivery address?
A: Contact us at service@gimled.com within 30 minutes of purchase to request an address change. Once your order ships from the warehouse, we cannot modify the address.

Q: Will multiple items in one order arrive together?
A: We do our best to send all items together. Occasionally, different shipping options may result in separate deliveries. You'll receive a tracking number email for each shipment.
